Terms of Service

1. Service

Digital Turn AI SEO is a Shopify SEO management application operated by Digital Turn. The service can provide storefront crawling, technical SEO diagnostics, Google Search Console reporting, Shopify SEO inventory, performance measurements, indexing information, content opportunities and approval-controlled recommendations or changes.

2. Merchant authorization

You must have authority to install and use the app for the Shopify store and any connected Google Search Console property. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations and approvals before allowing store-changing actions. You must not connect a Search Console property that you are not authorized to access.

3. Google Search Console

Google Search Console connection is optional. If you connect it, you authorize Digital Turn AI SEO to use the Google permissions shown on Google's consent screen for the purpose of providing the app's Search Console features. The app requests read-only Search Console access and does not request permission to modify your Search Console account.

You may disconnect Google Search Console from the app or revoke access through your Google Account.

4. Recommendations and automated actions

SEO scores, diagnostics, forecasts, AI outputs and recommendations are decision-support tools. Search-engine rankings, traffic, indexing, Core Web Vitals and commercial outcomes can be affected by factors outside the app's control, so no ranking, traffic, indexing or revenue result is guaranteed.

Where the application provides a write action, the merchant remains responsible for approving the requested change. The service is designed to verify supported changes before marking them as applied.

5. Third-party services

The service depends on third-party platforms and APIs, including Shopify, Google services, cloud infrastructure and, for merchant-approved AI features, AI processing services. Availability and behavior of those services may change. Their own terms and policies also apply when you use them.

6. Plans and billing

If a paid plan is required, billing and trial terms presented through Shopify at the time of plan approval govern that subscription. Charges, trial periods, renewals and cancellation behavior are shown through the applicable Shopify billing flow.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to access stores, Google properties, accounts or data without authorization; interfere with the service; bypass security or approval controls; or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party platform terms.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, maintain or modify the service to improve security, reliability, compliance or functionality. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, connected accounts or other users.
